Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processing or preparing for shipment and may not be cancellable.
