Method 1 — Measure an Existing Ring
Choose a ring that already fits the desired finger. Measure the inside diameter straight across the center of the ring.

Method 2 — Measure Your Finger
Wrap a strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length with a ruler.
Tip: Measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are at their normal size. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
